Have your Co-Manager assist!
Co-Managers assigned to a property will have access and capabilities to invite tenants for you. This is extremely useful if the Co-Manager will be the main contact for tenants.
Tip: Often, landlords like to have their Co-Managers set up their account fully. Including inviting and confirming the tenants are online, bank connected and auto-rent established.
Frequently Asked Questions
When inviting a tenant to Burbz
How many tenants can I invite?
As many as you want. We typically advise to invite one tenant per rent payment. If a single tenant is responsible for paying the entire rent, only one tenant is needed. Whereas if each tenant is responsible for their own rent, they’ll need their own account.
A tenant account also allows them to submit maintenance tickets.
Can I invite multiple at the same time?
Yes. You can invite multiple at the same time but it has to be for the same property or unit. Unit for multifamily properties.
On the Invite Tenant modal, you will say the option to Invite Another Tenant.
My Tenants didn't receive the invite. Why?
Perhaps it went to their junk mail. Please have them confirm there first.
If that doesn’t work, try to invite them again on Burbz.
