Whenever your tenant pays rent through Burbz, it is automatically recorded. Allowing you to see exact dates and amounts paid, from which tenant.
Tenant Payments
We allow the tenant to send additional payments, such as security deposit, pet fees, pet deposits, applicaiton fees or more. Keep track of any addiitonal payments the tenant pays you, or you pay them.
Co-Management Fees
If you use Burbz to co-manage, you may send your co-manager payments for leasing fee, reimbursements, miscellenaous work. Track all those expenses automatically when you pay through Burbz.

Not every payment received occurs through Burbz. Dedice to utilize Burbz for all your income tracking when you manually add income items, such as cash payments, fees, or other payments received.

Managing a rental property has expenses that occur mostly off-Burbz. Add any off-line expense, such as taxes, advertising, general, other. Or, specificy the repair type: HVAC, electrical, plumbing.



Co-Management Fees
Paid & Tracked Automatically.
Once your co-management terms have been established, any time rent is paid Burbz pays the Co-Manager and records the transaction. You will see full rent, minus the co-management and Burbz fees.
Other Payments to Co-Manager
Pay your co-manager for leasing fees, miscellaneous work (i.e. repairs) or reimbrusements. Pay through Burbz and it will instantly record.
