The idea for Burbz came as a direct need from our co-founder, Kenny. He began investing in real estate in 2010. Then he realized the struggles with property management. Although easy to maintain his units, he wanted to outsource certain tasks. Meanwhile, he did not want to pay for full-service management.
Kenny noticed that there were only two choices. Hire full-service property management or Self-manage everything. There was nothing in between. In response, Kenny enlisted Jon to launched Burbz in 2018.
Every landlord’s need are unique. Our solution needed to be flexible for landlords. We strive to give landlords simplified property management, on their terms!
Our values created Burbz. These haven’t changed since our first day of business. They shape our actions and help us reach better goals.
